Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) betpr account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpr login credentials. You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account termination without refund of balance.
betpr reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or conduct that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform or its other users.
betpr operates a PKR-native account system. Deposits are accepted in Pakistani Rupees via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard and USDT TRC20 where available. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail for that particular game or market.
betpr reserves the right to void any bet or wager where, in betpr's reasonable judgement, the bet was placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement, was the result of a technical error, or was placed in violation of these Terms. betpr's decisions on bet settlement are final.
betpr Cricket betting markets — including PSL matches, bilateral series and T20 internationals — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant cricket governing body. Abandoned matches are settled according to the rules stated on the specific market at the time of bet placement.
From time to time betpr may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets or other incentives. All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms, including minimum odds restrictions, wagering requirements, time limits and eligible game restrictions. Bonus terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
betpr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at its discretion, including where it suspects abuse. Any suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or using funds solely to meet turnover requirements with no genuine gambling intent — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.

All content on the betpr platform — including but not limited to the betpr brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, odds data, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of betpr or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any betpr content without prior written authorisation from betpr.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpr's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the betpr platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betpr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of data or interruption of business, arising from your use of or inability to access the betpr platform — regardless of whether betpr was advised of the possibility of such losses.
betpr provides no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability and betpr will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption to players.
